Notice is hereby given in accordance with section 3.58(3) of the Local Government Act 1995 that the Shire of Corrigin proposes to dispose of 14 Lindsay Rise (Lot 31 Granite Rise Estate) to Brayden Thomas Taylor and Rochelle Louise Keillor for $75,000 (GST inclusive).  The market value of the property as determined by Council in March 2020 is $82,960 (GST inclusive).
