NOTICE OF PROPOSAL TO DISPOSE OF PROPERTY

Notice is hereby given in accordance with section 3.58(3) of the Local Government Act 1995 that the Shire of Corrigin proposes to dispose of 1 Haydon Close (Lot 9 Granite Rise Estate) to Stephen Ross Meyer and Wendy Michelle Meyer for $41,440 (GST inclusive).  The market value of the property as determined by Council in March 2020 is $41,440 (GST inclusive).

Written submissions are invited and will be received up until 4.00pm Monday 13 November 2023 and must be addressed to:
