Notice is hereby given in accordance with section 3.58(3) of the Local Government Act 1995 that the Shire of Corrigin proposes to dispose of 7 Abe Way (Lot 21 Granite Rise Estate) to Bunquidine Pty Ltd for $50,960 (GST inclusive) each.  The market value of the lot as determined by Council in November 2024 is $55,000 (GST inclusive).
