Banners in the Terrace Competition
The Banners in the Terrace Competition is run every year in conjunction with Local Government Week each August. The initiative is coordinated by WALGA (West Australian Local Government Association) and the banners are hung in St Georges Terrace during the annual Local Government convention.
In 2019 the annual exhibition of artwork from Local Governments was renamed to, #shoWcAse in Pixels with entries displayed in a new format and venue, on the iconic digital tower at the heart of Yagan Square, in Perth City.

The 2019 Shire of Corrigin entry was designed by local artist, Val Whiting and awarded winner of the 'Community Group / Non-Professional' category.
2017 BANNER
The 2017 Corrigin banner entry was designed by Corrigin District High School students.
2014 BANNER
The 2014 Corrigin banner entry, was designed by high school student, Indiah Lavers.
2013 Banner
The 2013 Corrigin banner entry, was desigined by Heather Ives from Corrigin CRC.
2012 Banner
The 2012 Corrigin banner entry was designed by local artist Brett Connelly from Connelly Images and awarded highly commended in the 'Professional/Digital' category.

The 2010 Corrigin banner entry, was designed by the Corrigin Creative Arts Club. This banner was awarded best 'Community/Non Professional Banner'
