 NOTICE OF PROPOSAL TO DISPOSE OF PROPERTY

Notice is hereby given in accordance with section 3.58(3) of the Local Government Act 1995 that the Shire of Corrigin proposes to dispose of 4 Haydon Close (Lot 7 Granite Rise Estate) to Duville Pty Ltd for $40,000 (GST inclusive).  The market value of the property as determined by Council in May 2021 is $44,080 (GST inclusive).

The Shire of Corrigin proposes to dispose of 6 Lawton Way (Lot 2 Granite Rise Estate) to Duville Pty Ltd for $40,000 (GST inclusive).  The market value of the property as determined by Council is $43,840 (GST inclusive).
