NOTICE OF PROPOSAL TO DISPOSE OF PROPERTY

Notice is hereby given in accordance with section 3.58(3) of the Local Government Act 1995 that the Shire of Corrigin proposes to dispose of 6 and 8 Lindsay Rise (Lot 27 and 28 Granite Rise Estate) to Duville Pty Ltd for $70,000 (GST inclusive) each.  The market value of the lots as determined by Council in November 2024 is $83,000 (GST inclusive).

Written submissions are invited and will be received up until 4.00pm Tuesday 10 December 2024 and must be addressed to:
